In direct contrast to Still Alive, this set of three 4-panel comics were all about dialogue! They aren’t connected, and paneling wasn’t important: it was just about combining words and images in a way that made sense.

Problem: I’m not a writer, and I never claimed to be. Dialogue isn’t something that comes naturally to me, so I felt very stuck at first.
Solution: I was able to use things that actually happened, or memes I saw online, to influence the dialogue in the comics themselves. One of the comics is a shortened version of a conversation I actually had, while the others were from posts I saw online. It really makes me want to do some small slice of life comics.
